I love sharing my passion for writing with children, teens, and adults! I can customize any presentation, so please contact me if you have any questions or requests. I offer in-person and virtual visits, and I offer free virtual question and answer sessions. Here are some presentations I offer:

For Grades PK-1: Frogs, Rabbits, and Books!

A lively movement and music program for young readers that includes facts about frogs and rabbits, as well as some details about the writing life.

For Grades K-6: Snakes, Misunderstood Animals

I share my inspiration for writing the Naomi Nash snake-themed chapter book series as well as information on snakes and their importance to the environment along with tips on how to safely coexist with them.

For Grades 1-6: Fact or Fiction? Life as a Writer

This interactive presentation details how I incorporate facts in my writing, where I get story ideas, and what my life is like as a writer.

For Grades 7-12: Creative Memories Workshop

This presentation shares how I got my start as a writer at a young age and how my experiences have influenced my publications. I encourage young writers to use their own experiences to fuel story ideas.

Variety of ages: Seven Songful Steps to Success

Inspired by 7 songs, this lively presentation details my path from inspiration to publication and includes some tips to help you reach your goals, too.
